I will be sending you the service agreement and the standards of practice documents by Email prior to the inspection. The inspection service agreement is the document that we will sign together on the day of the inspection before we start. The standards and practises document is to inform you on the minimum requirements needed for an inspection of a building, by a member of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors. By reading these documents before the inspection, you will feel more comfortable and at ease before we start. One solid way to protect your investment.
